Erica was recruited to the Brookshire team for her ability to create structure, build relationships, facilitate collaboration, and manage schedules and timelines. In short, Erica is the one who juggles the needs of team members and clients.

These were the skills Erica had honed within Lakeville Area Schools working as an Occupational Therapist. Her ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple constituents without losing sight of the primary objec-tives is second to none. Erica’s eyes for structure and process will ensure continuity in Brookshire’s service offerings as the company grows.

Erica brings to Brookshire the passion and energy of one who has intentionally transitioned from public sec-tor work to the private sector and is anxious to have her scored against commercial metrics. She is perfectly in line with the organization’s values and brings a fresh breath to Brookshire’s passion.

Erica is an avid gardener and master baker in her free time, often keeping the office sweet tooth satisfied with homemade treats. Her tres leches are a favorite while cinnamon rolls are one of her specialties.
