Gerry is a licensed broker in 5 states and has headed up projects in 45 states and Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Asia. As a member of an elite group of SIORs (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), Gerry has the resources and connections to execute globally attested by accolades from the Off-Shore Club, CoStar Power Broker, and many customer service awards from long-standing clients.
Launching the Brookshire Company in 2017, Gerry began building a company around his diverse expertise, which would deliver niche services typically not found in boutique commercial real estate companies like Brookshire. Propelled by the philosophies of the SIOR, Brookshire focuses on client success first and fore-most while creating opportunities for communities to thrive, which assures that business and community enjoy a cohesive relationship.
Gerry’s passion and enthusiasm spill over into his personal life and his love for family, travel, and cooking. Gerry is an avid Big 10 Football tailgating host and spends much of his free time with his wife enjoying adventure motorcycle riding in their hometown and as far away as Alaska and South Africa.
