Karen Norton serves as the HR Lead and Systems Administrator at The Brookshire Company, where she supports the team with her meticulous approach to contract management, accounts receivable, and database integrity. She also oversees HR duties and plays a key role in organizing company events, providing critical support wherever needed.

Personally invested in The Brookshire Company’s success, Karen is married to the company’s Founder, Gerry Norton, and has worked alongside him for decades as he established himself as a leading expert in the corporate real estate industry. Outside of work, her top priority is spending quality time with her grandchildren and aging parents, as well as planning her next travel adventure with family and friends. Every fall, you can undoubtedly find her cheering on her favorite NFL team, the Green Bay Packers, as her Wisconsin roots shine through.
