Rick supports the CRE team with client outreach and, when needed, drone photography and video of listed properties. Originally from Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Rick spent part of his youth in Orange County, California, before returning to Bloomington to attend Jefferson High School. He studied photography, classical guitar, and public speaking at Normandale Community College and completed two years of sales training with Total Training Network/Peak Performers. Rick is passionate about his community, volunteering with Redemption Ministries in Lakeville and mentoring young men. Outside of work, he enjoys jazz, WWII and Roman history, aircraft, and strategy games. He also has the entire Monopoly rule book memorized and firmly believes a full game should take no more than 30 minutes.
