Royce successfully solves his client’s real estate challenges with properties ranging from a thousand square feet up to 900,000 square feet.
With 10 plus years in the real estate marketplace, his goal is to change his client’s point of view of their real estate from a liability to an asset that allows them to not only represent where they do business but conduct business in a location that represents how they do business.
With clients focused in Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota he solves diverse real estate issues. He provides consultative services and tenant representation to growing companies, bringing solutions and opportunities tailored to each client’s business model. His sights are set on achieving tangible business goals including turn around services, increased cash flow, healthy long-term management, and creation of asset value.
With this mix of expertise, he successfully works with clients and investors in projects ranging in properties from 15 states and Canada to provide real estate guidance that brings immediate and long-term value. Royce shapes the identity of a real estate deal to allow his clientele to thrive in their new location.
Royce graduated magna cum laude from Bethel University and continued his education at Regent College and Bethel Seminary. He is an active member of Edina Rotary and sits on the Board of Directors for Hope United CDC in Minneapolis.
In his spare time, he likes to turn off digital screens and break out a board game to bring friends and family closer together.
