For over 12 years Justin has been instrumental in helping a variety of companies find the right state and the perfect city for their expansion or relocation needs. His accurate assessments of labor availability and his ability to structure financial incentive packages have been the keys to success in dozens of perfectly suited site selections.
Justin has proven a knack for going well beyond the available public data and diving into individual job categories to verify the strength of labor availability, which makes his site comparison findings far richer and more meaningful. Additionally, far too many companies underutilize local, regional and state incentive programs because the often don’t know what’s available, how the programs work or simply where to begin. To the contrary, Justin has proven exceptionally adept at navigating these programs and delivering the best possible financial incentive packages for his clients along with a solid workforce to build on.
Justin has a BA in Finance from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota and previous investment banking experience with 7, 63, 79 and 24 licenses. A Native of Albert Lea, Minnesota, Justin moved to the Twin Cities where he worked in sales management and finance for the Star Tribune before taking up sales for Honeywell in Kansas City, Missouri.
Justin’s wife Kelly is a biomedical engineer for Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. They were married in 2010 and currently reside in Edina with their two boys Ben and Sam. When work and family allow, Justin is an avid golfer, enjoys biking, fishing, hunting and “coaching” everything that his boys are getting involved with.
